Apple Streusel Slices

Another small batch recipe. A cross between apple pie and crumble. Shortbread base, diced cinnamon apple layer topped with streusel. This recipe took me a while to get right. Might not be the prettiest thing I’ve ever baked, but these slices are delicious! Enjoy, R x
